Prepariamo il pesto<br />
Pomodori Datterini<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>500 gr.<br />
Basilico<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Un mazzetto<br />
Spicchi d'aglio<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>4<br />
Mandorle pelate<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>100 gr.<br />
Pecorino<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>100 gr.<br />
Olio E.V.O.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>q.b.<br />
Sale<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>q.b.<br />
Pepe<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>q.b.<br />
<br />
Pestate insieme l'aglio, il basilico e le mandorle ed aggiungete un filo di olio e.v.o.<br />
<br />
Versate in un contenitore e mescolate, unite anche un pò di pecorino Siciliano.<br />
<br />
Mettete i pomodori in acqua calda per qualche minuto, poi pelateli, privateli dei semi, spezzettateli e passateli nel mortaio.<br />
<br />
Aggiungeteli agli altri ingredienti, aggiustando di sale, pepe e altro olio.<br />
<br />
Cuocete la pasta in acqua salata, scolatela al dente e versatela nel contenitore con il Pesto. Mescolate bene e servite con una nevicata di mandorle e pecorino<br />
